Kurt has dedicated his professional career to helping individuals improve their health, fitness and athletic performance. He has worked in the private, corporate, and collegiate sectors of the fitness and wellness industry. This has provided him with the opportunity to work with people faced with chronic health-related illnesses, post orthopedic rehabilitation, senior adults, physically challenged, children, and athletes of all ages. He has been working at IXL since 2003, and continues to grow his personal training clientele.
Kurt coordinates the Young Athletes Performance Training (Y.A.P.T.) program, to assist teenage boys and girls to become better athletes and reduce the risk of injury during training and competition.
Kurt enjoys facilitating change in people’s lives and improving their health and fitness.

Though formally educated as a Certified Personal Fitness Instructor by the International Sports Science Association, David has derived much of his training style from his years as an instructor in the US Marine Corps. He custom designs each workout to individual needs, with an emphasis on full body exertion, resulting in total body development. Despite his generally disarming demeanor, unless you are fully committed to being driven to work harder than you thought possible, and in so achieving results you did not think were possible, then David is not the trainer for you.
Lizz is a seasoned professional in strength and conditioning, working with men and women. She will design programs to meet the individual needs of her clients. She also offers healthy nutritional planning for a balanced lifestyle. Lizz specializes in body sculpting and weight loss . ISSA CERTIFIED -TRX CERTIFIED-CYCLE CERTIFIED. Hobbies include crossfit training weight training-mountain biking.
Cari is a former collegiate field hockey player and was a player/coach of the National Field Hockey team at William Smith College. She has been a coach within the Red Hook Field Hockey program for the last several years. She has coached and led strength training clinics at two Division 1 Field Hockey summer camp programs and is active in the high school Winter League Field Hockey program here in the Hudson Valley.
She's competed in several obstacle course races and has several events coming up this year.
Cari has 2 children and is also an active volunteer with the Rhinebeck Soccer Recreation and Travel leagues.
She has worked at IXL for nearly two years in both the Rhinebeck and Saugerties locations. She led a small group training program focused on weight loss and also teaches several group fitness classes. She has spent time personal training student athletes, new moms, and fitness enthusiast who have set a goal to compete in a specific event. She's a motivator and a positive personal advocate.
