Restorative Yoga

Specific to the individual with previous injuries and/or special needs. Special attention given to proper alignment of poses.


Combines mindful movements, body alignment and breath to renew mind body and spirit.

Gentle Chair Yoga

A complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. NO FLOOR WORK.
