Kurt Swanson
Personal Trainer
Kurt has dedicated his professional career to helping individuals improve their health, fitness and athletic performance. He has worked in the private, corporate, and collegiate sectors of the fitness and wellness industry. This has provided him with the opportunity to work with people faced with chronic health-related illnesses, post orthopedic rehabilitation, senior adults, physically challenged, children, and athletes of all ages. He has been working at IXL since 2003, and continues to grow his personal training clientele.
Kurt coordinates the Young Athletes Performance Training (Y.A.P.T.) program, to assist teenage boys and girls to become better athletes and reduce the risk of injury during training and competition.
Kurt enjoys facilitating change in people's lives and improving their health and fitness.
