Bio: Regan started her career as a professional dancer and performed with national companies in both Boston and New York. Later in life after after retiring from the stage she took to the air discovering a passion for flying trapeze and aerial arts. Fitness, weight training, and injury prevention has been a constant through out her life and upon moving to the Hudson Valley from NYC she became a certified personal trainer though the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a specialty in woman's fitness. Regan's training style emphasizes designing diverse strategic fitness plans to guide each individual to their unique goals.
