Body Mass Index
Determine your risk of being overweight or obese and incurring obesity related-health problems.

Body Composition Analysis
Determine how much of your body weight is composed of fat tissue and fat-free(muscle mass) tissue. Skin-fold and circumference measurements will be taken to help determine changes in ones body shape.

Total Fitness Assessment
Evaluate and establish a baseline fitness level through the following assessments: body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, lower back flexibility and mobility.
