Bio: I joined the IXL team Feb of 2018 and have been a Certified trainer since May of 2017. I studied Exercise Science and Wellness at Dutchess Community College and have been weight training since high school. In Feb of 2015, I joined the Army National Guard and went through vigorous training which was both physically and mentally challenging. Last year I tore my ACL and had to go through a whole different type of training to recover. Both of these life experiences taught me that whether I was pushing my body to its breaking point or trying to regain the ability to walk normally, dedication and hard work were the only way I was going to see progress. I look forward to passing my knowledge on to others and inspire them to become the best they can be.
