Welcome to the IXL Group Exercise Program, where fitness meets fun and friends! Our program is designed to cater to everyone, regardless of fitness levels, ages, or preferences. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, we have a class for you. Our experienced instructors are here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. Saugerties Club

Bars n Bells

Pure Strength training using dumbells, barbells and body bars with an extra dose of CORE training and FUN. It’s not about heavy lifting it’s about finding the right weight that works for you each class.

Cardio and Sculpt

Movements to build endurance, cardio fitness and body toning to improve strength and conditioning for good health and leaner shape.

Senior Fitness

Gentle strength training and cardio conditioning with low impact aerobics designed for seniors and deconditioned beginners as well to increase balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Perfect combo of strength and cardio drills with dumbells, bodyweight only movements and sculpting exercises. Train your entire body with functional training and explosive movements set to motivating music with fun for all levels.

Zumba Class

A fun “feel-happy” workout incorporating a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness class full of fun. It is a dance party for fitness.

Ageless Fitness

Gentle strength training with a cardio conditioning segment using all low impact exercises .

Kick and Strength

Jab, hook, upper cut and kick your way through these movement combinations with high energy music to sculpt your body.

Reshape

Reshape focuses on cardio and strength with many compound movements for your major and minor muscle groups for a fun, healthy transformation class.

Cycle

An indoor, any climate bike workout that simulates the outdoor experience with your certified instructor motivating you the entire way. An energizing ride focused on cardiovascular fitness, endurance and toning set to music that will get your heart racing with fun.

All Levels Yoga

For beginners to experienced Yoga fans. Combines mindful movements, alignment and breathing to renew mind, body and spirit. Modifications and adjustments to your level provided.

Restorative Yoga

Yoga with specific intentions for the participants with previous injuries or special needs requiring attention to alignment and appropriate poses to restore and refresh the mind and body.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

A series of standing and seated yoga poses (support chair provided) for all fitness levels to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Rhinebeck Club

Aerobic Dance

Salsa, Hip-Hop, Jazz… You got it! This class covers it all with a full body workout in the timeless style of Aerobic dance movements. This class is for everyone who likes to let loose, have fun and get toned doing it.

Cycle

Full Body Conditioning

A 45-minute heart pumping high energy class with cardio training, plyometrics, and exercise movements that will condition, reshape and motivate you.

Classic Legacy program that always delivers an invigorating program of step combinations, strength training intervals using hand weights and toning exercises with resistance bands, to strengthen muscles and tone your entire body.
