What is next?

ABSOLUTELY! This is our number one priority. All new members meet with a Nationally Certified Coach within the first week of their membership to build your “map”. No journey can start without a map and if you don’t have one, you may get lost. We will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your first step.

All our scheduled group fitness studio classes are open to everyone regardless of membership type. Fitness and Fun go together, so get to a class and let one of our instructors welcome you to the group. See our schedule.

With our  Extended Hours Membership we are open 4am-12am. 7 days a week, 365 days a year, weekends and holidays! This gives you access to workout on your schedule not ours!
We are staffed and ready to answer your questions Monday-Friday 6am-9pm and Saturday/Sunday from 7am-8pm.
Whether you are new to exercise, an expert in training, or looking to come back after an injury or a long extended break, we are here to help you with whatever your fitness goals are.

Of course! Every member receives five complimentary guest passes per year with their membership. Having a local friend or family member join you at the gym makes your fitness journey even more enjoyable. See staff to get your passes.

We understand that things happen. In order to modify your membership, please fill out the Membership Modification Request. Once received, our staff will be in contact with you about next steps. Please note, this submission is a request, and not a completion. Your request must be reviewed and approved before any changes are made to your account.
