ABSOLUTELY! This is our number one priority. All new members meet with a Nationally Certified Coach within the first week of their membership to build your “map”. No journey can start without a map and if you don’t have one, you may get lost. We will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your first step.
All our scheduled group fitness studio classes are open to everyone regardless of membership type. Fitness and Fun go together, so get to a class and let one of our instructors welcome you to the group. See our schedule.
If the lights are on, come on in! We are staffed and ready for you Monday through Friday from 5am until 9pm, Saturday from 7am to 5pm and Sunday from 7am until 4pm. Remember, don’t overdo it… it is better to come 2 times a week for life than 7 days a week and get burned out in a month or two.
Of Course! Every new member receives 2 complimentary guest passes with their membership. (and as many as you want after that) Having a local friend or family member join you at the gym guarantees more fun with your fitness journey and that is always a benefit. See staff to get your passes.
