Cody
Cody started at Dutchess community college where he studied Exercise Science. Cody has worked on developing his experience by training students and completing special study programs. In 2019 Cody Started at IXL with his ISSA Certification. Cody also has certifications in Nutrition and Life Coaching. Cody exudes excellence with each client and loves helping people achieve their goals.
Kurt
Kurt has dedicated his professional career to helping individuals improve their health, fitness and athletic performance. He has worked in the private, corporate and collegiate sectors of the fitness and wellness industry. Kurt works with people faced with chronic health related illnesses, post orthopedic rehabilitation, senior adults, children and athletes of all ages. He has been employed at IXL since 2003 and continues to grow his personal training clientele.

Mike has over 8 years of experience as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Mike helps guide people of all ages and experience levels toward their fitness goals. His focus is to keep you healthy and accountable to reach your goals. Wherever your starting point may be, Mike will make fitness an enjoyable part of your lifestyle
Katy
Katy is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in strength and endurance training. Her mission is to make your workout session not only effective but also enjoyable. Katy’s goal is to help you build confidence in yourself and confidence in a gym environment. Katy will help guide you towards achieving your fitness goals while maintaining a fun yet challenging approach to working out.
Kyle
Kyle attended Dutchess Community College and pursued an associate in Exercise Science & Wellness. He then continued onto SUNY Cortland where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Science. Kyle’s passion is being active and helping others, which has had a great reflection on his clients’ achievements at IXL. Kyle’s goal is to adapt fitness to your lifestyle so you can continue the activities you are passionate about and enhance your life in all aspects. Kyle also volunteers his time as a firefighter to have a positive impact on his community. He specializes in injury prevention and rehab, drawing on his time working in a physical therapy clinic.
Marie
Marie has ten years of solid one on one, group fitness training, Kick Boxing, and martial arts experience. Marie is certified through NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine. Marie is a Group Personal Training Specialist with current professional education in Balance, SAQ, and Resistance Training as well as Behavioral Change Science; helping clients to stay on target with their fitness goals and training programs. Marie is well versed in Metabolic science and the impact of sound nutrition in effective training programs.
Carley
Carley is a dedicated NASM personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is a former college softball athlete with a passion for teaching people how to train like athletes, focusing on explosive movements and unlocking their inner strength. With Carley, you will discover your full fitness potential.
Jon
Jon is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength and athletic training. His approach to fitness is all about making workouts enjoyable while delivering impressive results. With expertise in strength and athletic training, he offers dynamic and engaging sessions that cater to individuals at all fitness levels. Jon is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are an aspiring athlete or just starting your fitness journey. Tyler
Tyler is the General Manager at IXL Health and Fitness in Rhinebeck. With 8 years of military experience, Tyler deeply values teamwork and camaraderie. Tyler uses his leadership skills to create a motivating and supportive atmosphere. His goal is to help people achieve their fitness aspirations while fostering a sense of belonging and community at the gym. With a strong background in teamwork and a passion for fitness, Tyler is committed to guiding others on their health and wellness journeys.

Santo Harris
Master trainer, I have had 3 certifications. Currently with NCSF. 3 x nationally qualified physique competitor. group fitness instructor, AED, and CPR certified. I am specialized in muscle building, mobility, nutrition, muscular endurance, strength building, toning, and fat loss. After training hundreds of clients throughout the years. One of my favorite things will always be seeing my clients’ results both mentally and physically improve. It is truly a lifestyle and the fact that I have changed so many lives will always be a great feeling.
